At MONADIC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason or encounter any issues, you can easily request a return or exchange under our policy.

1. Timeline for Returns & Exchanges

You must notify us of any issues and request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. No exchange or return claims will be accepted after the 7-day period has passed.

2. Eligible Cases for Exchange

• • If the product has visible manufacturing defects or scratches.
• • If the product color or design differs significantly from the description or images.
• • If a wrong size, color, or model was shipped.

3. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original state:

• • The handbag must be brand new and unused.
• • The original tags, zipper protections, dust bags, and packaging must be intact.

4. Exchange & Return Process

Please follow these steps to process your request:

3. 3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment via courier and collect the original item.

5. Shipping Fees & Refund Terms

No additional delivery fees apply if the exchange is due to a product defect or shipping error. However, if you wish to change your mind or swap models for personal reasons, delivery fees will be applied.
